Irby Institute of Comprehensive Assessment Needs, Inc. (IICAN) was founded in 2016 by Dr. Coretta Irby under the name of Irby Institute of Counseling and Assessment Needs, Inc. IICAN was established in order to provide high quality psychoeducational services to youth and families throughout the Tampa Bay Area.
